Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee
As per the guidelines of UGC and the Supreme Court an Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee has been established by SAI-LNCPE to provide a healthy atmosphere to the students of the college.
Objective: This Committee deals with issues relating to sexual harassment. The goal of this committee is for prevention of sexual harassment to ensure safe environment for girl students for the studies.
Role and Responsibility:
- To develop guidelines and norms for policies against sexual harassment inside the campus.
- To develop principles and procedures to combat sexual harassment in SAI-LNCPE.
- To work out details for the implementation of these policies.
- To organize a gender sensitization awareness programme.
- To deal with cases of sexual harassment in a time bound manner, aiming at ensuring support services to the victimized
Anti Sexual Harassment Cell assures all the complaints of the students, teaching and non-teaching staffs are treated with dignity and respect and the complaints should be maintained confidential.

College Development Committee
Objective: The primary objective of college development committee (CDC) is to prepare overall comprehensive development plan of the college from time to time basis like academic, placement, infrastructure, administrative, and admission growth.
Role and Responsibility:
- Prepare overall teaching program or academic calendar of the institute
- Specific recommendations to management regarding research and consultancy activities in college
- Recommends and take action to use an effective use of various infrastructures in campus
- Prepare financial budget of the college and the same for approval
- Prepare students and employee welfare schemes in the institute.
- Review the report and monitor the process of all existing committees from time to time.
- Review the IQAC Report and change suitable action or recommendation.
- Track all activity of students and staff regarding undisciplined / or other activity which is detrimental for the college.

Committee for Prevention of caste bases discrimination in SAI-LNCPE 2020-21 & 2021-22
Objective: To oversee the effective implementation of policies and programmes for the SC/ST/OBC, to provide guidance, counselling and resolve issues pertaining to the Caste Based Discrimination at Workplace and to enhance the diversity within the campus.
Role and Responsibility:
- To ensure equity and equal opportunity to the community at large in the College and bring about Social inclusion.
- To enhance the diversity among the students, teaching and non-teaching staff population and at the same time eliminate the perception of Caste Based Discrimination at SAI-LNCPE.
- To help individuals or a group of students belonging to the SC/ST/OBC regarding issues related to Caste Based Discrimination at SAI-LNCPE.
- To sensitize the college on the problems of Caste Based Discrimination at Workplace

Anti-Ragging Committee 2020-21
Anti-Ragging Committee will be the Supervisory and Advisory Committee on matters of Planning Action for Building and Preserving a Culture of Ragging Free Environment in the SAI-LNCPE Campus. The Anti-Ragging Squad will work under the Supervision of Anti Ragging Committee and to engage in the works of checking places like Hostels, Playgrounds, Classrooms and other places of student congregation, for any incidences of Ragging, and shall educate the students at large in the University about Menace of Ragging and related Punishment Provisions. Anti-Ragging Committee will be involved in designing strategies and action plan for curbing the Menace of Ragging in the University by adopting array of activities.
